  1. Scope<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of city tours and other tourist services offered by Discover Geneva.<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Booking<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing (by e-mail or message) by Discover Geneva.<\/strong><\/p>

      1. Prices<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        The prices agreed at the time of booking apply. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.<\/strong><\/p>

        1. Payment<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          Payment is by agreement via bank transfer, TWINT, or cash on site.<\/strong><\/p>

          1. Cancellation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            By the customer:<\/strong><\/p>

            • Up to 7 days before the appointment: free<\/strong><\/li>
            • 6 to 2 days before the date: 50 % of the agreed price<\/strong><\/li>
            • less than 48 hours before the start, or in the event of a no-show: 100 % of the agreed price<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

              Discover Geneva:<\/strong><\/p>

              Should a tour have to be cancelled due to illness, force majeure, or unpredictable events, a replacement date or substitute tour will be offered where possible. Payments already made will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded.<\/strong><\/p>

              1. Weather<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                City tours generally take place in all weather conditions, provided that the safety of participants is ensured.<\/strong><\/p>

                1. Delays<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  Delays by participants will shorten the tour duration accordingly. If participants are more than 30 minutes late, the tour may be cancelled, in which case there is no entitlement to a refund.<\/strong><\/p>

                  1. Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    Participation is at your own risk. Geneva Tourism shall only be liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, insofar as this is legally permissible.<\/strong><\/p>

                    1. Copyright<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                      Documents, texts, images and the content of guided tours are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or published without prior consent.<\/strong><\/p>

                      1. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
